In a sort of "You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" way, people can meet online and make arrangements for their mutually beneficial needs to be met, in a fuss free and simple environment.
BusyBusy which is coming very soon to a screen near you, is a must for all backpackers and travellers, the world over, who are looking for accommodation and/or work and would like to be able to arrange them before they even leave on their journey, or at least before they reach their destination.
Likewise, a family who would really like a Nanny, but would really like to not have to pay expensive agency fees and choose for themselves who they would like to have come and stay in their house, would benefit massively from the ease and simplicity of busybusy!
